For more than three decades, Tonya Busch has been at the heart of Gasaway Gasaway Bankston, serving as the firm’s Business Manager. A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Management and a minor in Accounting, Tonya has built her career on leadership, organization, and a passion for supporting both her team and her community.

Tonya is an active member of the Society of Design Administrators (Baton Rouge Chapter), where she has been involved since 2014 and has served multiple terms as President (2017, 2018, 2022) and Secretary (2015, 2021). She also lends her time and talents as Secretary and Board Member of Krewe Da Cha Chas, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting those affected by breast cancer in Tangipahoa Parish.

Outside the office, Tonya’s favorite pastimes include spending time with family and friends, shopping, reading, and relaxing at the beach. Every Sunday, she can be found in the kitchen, cooking for her loved ones, a tradition that keeps her family close. Her husband Kevin, daughters Morgan and Abbie, son-in-law Matt, and future son-in-law Sebastian are her greatest joy, and she is excitedly awaiting the arrival of her first grandson in February. 

With a life centered on family, community, and dedication, Tonya has been an integral part of GGB’s success and spirit for 33 years.
