Central Guest House
Central Guest House reflects a progressive approach to healthcare design, one that prioritizes resident comfort, healing, and overall quality of life. This 170-bed licensed facility was thoughtfully designed to create a warm, welcoming environment that blends classic and contemporary influences through carefully curated furnishings, artwork, and interior detailing.
The design balances aesthetic appeal with the functional demands of eldercare, resulting in a space that is both uplifting and highly efficient. Through close collaboration between the architectural team, ownership, management, and staff, the facility was shaped to support daily operations while enhancing the resident experience.
In addition to essential service and support areas, the facility offers a variety of thoughtfully designed spaces, including multiple living rooms, dining areas, a beauty salon, conference room, therapy gym, two nurses’ stations, and ample administrative offices, creating a comfortable and engaging environment for both residents and staff.
Constructed by Ratcliff Construction Company of Alexandria, Louisiana, and managed by Pathway Management of Louisiana, Central Guest House stands as a model for modern, resident-centered healthcare environments.
