The parking garage was designed to blend into the campus and have the appearance of new architectural style of North Oaks. The structure contains three levels of parking with a semi enclosed stairwell and elevator. The facility accommodates 424 parking spaces and consists of 181,000 square feet and is constructed of cast concrete with past tension floor systems. The concrete walls are scored and have a white coating to give an economical illusion of panels in order to blend into the surrounding buildings. Brick and glass were also incorporated to match the architectural style and to identify the entrance.
